Your Su Daybed represents a piece of real Japan. From the choice of hardwood – Japanese native keyaki – to the Japanese ‘golden ratio’ dimensions to the centuries-old construction technique – no nails or metal whatsoever.

Important notes:

  • Contact us: do not hesitate to contact us about any problems/questions/assistance by email to japan@bartokdesign.com
  • ClickBank is handling the purchase and billing: Please remember that your credit card or bank statement will show a charge by ClickBank or CLKBANK*COM, rather than a reference to Bartok design Japan.

  • Delivery: please allow 7-8 weeks for construction and 1-2 weeks for delivery from the day you placed the order. We will endeavour to keep you updated but expect your daybed to be ready to ship in approximately 2 months.
  • Delivery address: Your Su~Daybed will be delivered to your door via our freight partner, from Japan. The daybed weighs xxx kg and will be delivered fully-assembled (NOT FLATPACK). Let us know in advance if your home has stairs or anything that may make delivery difficult.
    Please provide us with a telephone number so that we can have our freight forwarders deliver the daybed when you are home.
  • We are unable to ship to a postal delivery box for obvious reasons.
