Our dear friend and collaborative partner, Jogan Yoshio, has given us the opportunity to make his wonderful coloring books available to you. We have four different books to choose from.
This one is Nurie bi Japonisme (ぬりえ・美・ジャポニスム) which means loosely “beautiful coloring of Japanese style”.
Jogan sensei is a renowned kimono designer living and working in Kyoto. His work is both traditional and modern.
Adult coloring has been a popular past time for a few years. With these beautiful illustrations as your base you’ll have to ability to make your own posters to hang in your home or give as gifts. Even if you never display them, coloring is a bona fide way to relieve stress.
The book has 68 pages of detailed illustrations printed on thick, good quality paper. Published and produced in Japan to the highest standard the book has a thin cardboard cover and a glossy dust cover. The book, and any of our others, makes a thoughtful gift for your arty friend, a friend who loves Japan or a person who simply loves flowers.
